Woods & Co have partnered with a well-established, family-owned home improvement supplier with over 50 years in the industry. Specialising in premium building materials, kitchen and bathroom products, and renovation solutions, they service both trade and retail customers across Melbourne.

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and experienced Yard Hand to join their growing team in Oakleigh South. This is a full-time, permanent position working Tuesday to Saturday, day shift.

What’s in it for you?

• $70,000 – $75,000 + Super

What you’ll be doing:

• General yard duties and stock control
• Picking, stacking, and preparing timber and hardware orders
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation
• Coordinating with the internal sales team for dispatch
• Providing assistance to walk-in trade and retail customers

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience in a yard, warehouse, or hardware/timber setting
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Great work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Building and construction knowledge (advantageous)
• Ability to pass a drug test, police check, and aptitude test
