Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Hallam, Victoria. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage daily warehouse administrative tasks, including inventory control, data entry, and documentation.

·Monitor and analyse inventory levels, identifying trends and preparing reports to support decision-making.

·Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

·Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and supply chain performance.

·Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.

·Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, shipping documentation, and reconciliation of delivery dockets.

·Support stocktakes activities and cycle counts, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.

Key Requirements:

·Prior experience in warehouse administration, supply chain analyst, or a similar role within the building, construction or manufacturing industry.

·Strong understanding of inventory management systems and supply chain principles.

·Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software tools (e.g., ERP systems such as TIMMS or TimberSmart).

·Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

·Commitment to safety and compliance in a warehouse environment.
