You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team, working in a fully equipped clinic with state-of-the-art technology, including ultrasound, IM3 dental, anaesthetic machines, and more.

If you’re an overseas-qualified vet with a recognised (registrable) degree, we also offer sponsorship and relocation support to help you settle in.

As part of the role, you’ll be offered enrolment in the Lincoln Institute’s Leading Edge for Veterinarians program — a 12-month, self-paced online course (valued at $9,000), fully funded and CPD-accredited (24 points). The program covers essential non-clinical skills including communication, time management, leadership, resilience, consulting success and more.

Why This Role Could Be Perfect for You:

  • Supportive Leadership Role: Lead an experienced, dedicated team and foster a positive, collaborative environment where everyone thrives.
  • Incredible Location: Work in the heart of Robina Village, surrounded by vibrant cafes, shops, and only minutes from some of the Gold Coast’s most iconic beaches.
  • Advanced Facilities: Work with modern, high-standard equipment to support your clinical and surgical interests.
  • Career Growth: Take advantage of leadership mentoring, CE programs, and opportunities to expand your skills and pursue your professional interests.
  • Attractive Benefits: Enjoy a competitive salary, four weeks of annual leave (plus a week for study), and access to exclusive discounts with major retailers and healthcare providers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a skilled veterinary and nursing team.
  • Provide exceptional care to patients and build strong relationships with their families.
  • Perform a mix of consultations and surgeries while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture.
  • Take an active role in clinic operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • A recognised veterinary degree (BVSc or DVM) and eligibility for registration in Australia.
  • A passion for leadership, collaboration, and delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • An eagerness to grow, both as a leader and a clinician, within a supportive environment.

Why Greencross?

At Greencross, we prioritise your success and well-being. You’ll be part of a network that’s committed to professional development, offering access to world-class CE programs, free AVA or VIN memberships, and leadership mentoring. We also provide mental health support and flexible working arrangements, so you can strike the perfect balance between work and life.
