The Company

• This leading international travel company has offices around the globe and currently expanding their Melbourne based team.
• They offer clients a unique and innovative booking platform that adapts with industry trends and their needs.

The Role

• As a travel sales consultant you will be assisting travel industry professionals in booking a range of outbound and inbound packages.
• You'll provide an exceptional level of customer service in order to grow long term relationships with industry partners
• Assist with booking changes, amendments and cancellations as required.

The Must Haves

• Previous travel consulting experience within a retail or wholesale travel environment
• Proven sales ability
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Effective and efficient time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work a Mon - Sat roster
