Transport Coordinator

Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Start Time: 6am-2pm

Rate: $39

Location: Hornsby

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods

• Maintain accurate stock control systems and inventory records

• Pick and prepare stock correctly and efficiently for production

• Load and unload trucks for incoming and outgoing goods

• Manage warehouse and logistics-related costs and expenditure

• Reconcile production work orders and oversee inventory processes

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

• Liaise with Sales & Marketing to support customer order fulfilment

• Maintain clear and effective communication across all departments

• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, WH&S, and environmental standards

• Supervise warehouse operations and support team performance

• Use SAP and RF scanning systems for inventory management and data entry

• Ensure all stock is labelled, stored safely, and located correctly

• Support quarantine processes by coordinating with laboratory teams

About You

You are organised, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You bring a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement, along with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Skills & Experience

• Current Forklift Licence

• Proven experience in an FMCG warehouse environment

• Strong background in warehouse operations (preferred over pure logistics roles)

• Experience using SAP or similar inventory systems

• Solid understanding of OH&S practices

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
