·Coordinate the scheduling, documentation, and delivery of vehicle salvage transport services nationwide.
·Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, auction partners, and internal departments.
·Prepare and maintain process documentation, manuals, and internal guides for salvage coordination processes.
·Administer purchase orders, verify remittance details, and monitor vendor performance.
·Ensure that service delivery timelines, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
·Respond to operational issues by troubleshooting delays, coordinating resolutions, and escalating where necessary.
·Provide administrative and reporting support to the Operations Manager and broader salvage logistics team.
·Collaborate with the training team to deliver onboarding materials and process guidance to clients and staff.
·Support process improvement initiatives through feedback, documentation, and internal testing.
