The Opportunity:
We're looking for an energetic and driven Store Manager to take charge of our Mt Barker convenience store. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll have real autonomy, the support of an established business, and the chance to make a visible impact every day.
You'll lead a team of up to 13 casual staff, drive store performance, and ensure customers keep coming back for great service.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Running the store day to day with confidence and accountability
* Leading, coaching and motivating a team of up to 13 staff
* Creating rosters, managing wages and keeping operations on track
* Delivering outstanding customer service and store presentation
* Managing stock, ordering and inventory
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards and audits
* Driving sales, efficiency and performance outcomes

* Experience in store or retail management (convenience, fuel or fast-paced retail ideal)
