About the Role

This is not just a Store Manager role - it's a leadership opportunity with real influence and visibility. You'll be responsible for shaping store culture, driving commercial results, and delivering an outstanding customer journey in a high-volume, high-profile environment.

The team is young, creative, and passionate - and they need a leader who can match their energy, uplift morale, and inspire consistency and excellence. You'll bring structure, warmth, and momentum, with a clear path to progress into a Cluster or Area Manager position.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone special. Someone with golden retriever energy - full of drive, charisma, and genuine passion for retail. You know how to lead with purpose and heart, keeping performance and people front of mind.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 18 months' experience as a Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail

  • Proven ability to motivate and engage teams, especially younger staff

  • Strong visual merchandising capability - confident executing direction independently

  • Commercially savvy - you understand KPIs, sales targets, and customer metrics

  • Warm, empathetic leadership style - your team and customers trust you

  • High emotional intelligence - particularly in managing sensitive customer experiences

  • A natural rapport-builder, with the ability to maintain authority while staying relatable

  • A history of turning around team culture or performance is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team

  • Foster a culture of fun, energy, and inclusivity in-store

  • Execute strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards

  • Own store operations and performance metrics end-to-end

  • Deliver a personalised and empowering customer experience

  • Drive succession planning, development, and retention across the team

  • Work closely with Area and Head Office teams on broader brand initiatives
