You'll have the space to really own your caseload and shape how things run. You will have the support of a collaborative group of OTs, physios, speechies and other allied health legends who love sharing knowledge and ideas.
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, loves working with kids, and wants to be part of something that's growing and evolving, with the chance to grow right alongside it. Whether you're after part-time flexibility or a full-time position, they're open to making it work with the right person.

About the Role

• Work with a mostly NDIS caseload, lots of fun, meaningful work with kids
• Be part of a small Speech Pathologists team
• Bring clinical confidence, you'll have a great team around you.
• Collaborate with a lovely multidisciplinary crew
• Help shape the way the speech department runs as the business grows
• Enjoy a supportive leadership team that genuinely backs your ideas
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time (minimum 2 days per week)

About You

• You're a Speech Pathologist with a spark, independent, confident, and up for a challenge
• Peds experience preferred
• You enjoy being part of a multidisciplinary team and love swapping ideas
