Solicitor

We are seeking a Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of files across migration, property, and commercial law. Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise and represent clients in all areas of migration law, including partner visas, skilled migration, protection visas, and tribunal appeals.
2. Manage property law transactions, including conveyancing, commercial leases, and property disputes.
3. Provide legal services in commercial law, including business sales, contract drafting, and general corporate matters.
4. Draft high-quality legal documents, advice letters, contracts, and submissions.
5. Liaise with clients, agents, government departments, and other stakeholders.
6. Represent clients before the AAT and other regulatory bodies as required.
7. Maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with professional obligations.
8. Contribute to the firm’s business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Admitted as a solicitor in an Australian jurisdiction with a current Practising Certificate (or eligible for admission).
2. Minimum 1-3 years of post-admission experience preferred, but relevant overseas legal experience will also be considered.
3. Strong drafting, research, and client management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach.
