About the Role
Join a bold, story-led Australian brand that’s redefining professional haircare. As their Social Media Specialist, you'll work closely with the Creative Director to bring engaging, educational, and scroll-stopping content to life, across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the full content lifecycle, from concept and creation through to scheduling, publishing and performance optimisation.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Owning the full content lifecycle, from concept to creation, scheduling and optimisation
- Shooting, editing and producing video and visual assets (Reels, tutorials, BTS, Stories)
- Managing and executing Meta ads (audience targeting, campaign setup, performance)
- Leading in-house and on-location shoots
- Keeping the content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, launches and events
- Engaging daily with the online community
- Capturing content at events, workshops and salon education sessions
You’re probably a match if you:
- Live and breathe social media trends, storytelling and visual creativity
- Can build and optimise Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads)
- Are confident shooting and editing video (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.)
- Experience owning the full content lifecycle, from creation to optimisation
- Experienced with planning and collaboration tools (e.g. Monday.com, Plannerly)
- Are confident communicating with creatives, educators and internal teams
- Ideally have experience in beauty, hair or fashion
