UMENCO is currently recruiting a Social Media & Content Specialist for an established accessories brand. This brand emerged under the Australian sun, crafting refined pieces with an emphasis on timeless design and exceptional craftspersonship. They have an extensive following in Australia as well as internationally, with their approach to everyday style, highlighting and celebrating optimism, innovation and inclusivity.

The Social Media & Content Specialist will have at least 3 years experience in social media management, strategy and content creation. This newly created role demands a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and analytics. The successful talent will be pivotal in developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand presence, engage the brands audience and drive business growth.

In this role, the successful candidate will spearhead the social media strategy to boost engagement, brand awareness and growth across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok. They will conceptualise and manage campaigns, scaling organic content, monitoring and analysing performance metrics and overseeing advertising budgets for both Australia and the USA. They will collaborate with marketing and commerce teams, support content creation and engage with the online community.
