Skilled Meat Worker

Fuda Group Pty Ltd is an established meat processing business and we are committed to maintaining strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards while delivering reliable products to our customers.

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Skilled Meat Workers to join our processing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment and performing various meat processing tasks.

Positions available include:

1. Boners
2. Meat Machinery Operators
3. Packaging

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Perform boning, trimming, cutting, slicing, packaging of meat products
2. Operate processing equipment such as bandsaws and cutting tools
3. Work on production lines to meet output and quality targets
4. Follow strict hygiene, food safety and workplace safety standards
5. Handle meat products in accordance with company procedures
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment

🔹 Skills & Requirements

1. Certificate III in Meat Processing (preferred) or equivalent experience in meat processing (slaughtering, boning or slicing)
2. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing for long periods)
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
4. Reliable, disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision
5. Team player with a positive attitude
6. Basic English communication skills

1. Must pass drug and alcohol screening
2. Must be physically fit for manual handling tasks
