A wellestablished residential builder with a strong presence across South East Queensland is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a pipeline of townhouse projects in North Brisbane. Your new role
As the Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of multiple townhouse projects from civil works through to turnkey completion. Working closely with internal construction teams, subcontractors, and local authorities, you will ensure each project is delivered safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard.
- Oversee daytoday site operations from bulk earthworks through to final handover
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality
- Monitor construction programs, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
- Uphold WHS compliance and conduct regular site safety inspections
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to resolve issues promptly
- Ensure all works meet company standards and local building regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience supervising townhouse or multiresidential projects
- Strong understanding of civil works, services installation and residential construction
- Welldeveloped organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence
