We're on the lookout for a passionate, Full-Time Shift Leader to join our Albany Creek team and help lead from the front. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality with supervisory experience and is ready to take the next step toward becoming an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager. 

As a Shift Leader at GYG, you'll support the Restaurant Manager by running shifts, motivating the team and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time. You'll be hands-on, energetic and a positive role model on the floor. you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences. Your role will see you leading, coaching and motivating the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew. If you are willing to learn, we want to develop you further.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have: 

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment 
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service 
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate 
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
