What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for documenting technical build and integration requirements, as well as managing the technical triage of issues. By collaborating with multiple stakeholders, you will deliver innovative GENAI solutions within an Agile environment. Your expertise will transform ideas into reality, making a significant impact. You will analyse complex business problems, design or modify business and IT systems, and ensure that the designs meet business needs. Additionally, you will conduct testing, identify issues, propose solutions, prepare detailed reports, and provide training and support to users.

What you offer

• 6-8 years’ of experience as a Business Analyst within a technical setting
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related discipline.
• High proficiency in Jira, familiarity with other Atlassian products, and a strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile frameworks.
• Expertise in gathering, documenting, and analysing technical requirements, with the ability to document end-to-end technical solutions and write technical requirements.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the proven ability to manage workloads independently and proactively in a dynamic, challenging environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across various levels, and the ability to support QA Engineers with integration requirements and test cases.
