Senior Multimedia Designer

Your tasks

1. Plan, design and develop various digital communication materials, including promotional content, information, social media presence and internet presentations respecting the company’s design guidelines utilizing various media types not limited to images, video, text, and illustrations
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to research and establish project parameters, including purpose, target audience, timeline, budget considerations and execution plan
3. Develop strategy and prepare design concepts to achieve the intended outcome and present to stakeholders for approval. Work closely with sales&marketing teams across the region to achieve conceptualization
4. Realize multimedia design solutions and evaluate performance of campaigns across chosen channels
5. Conceptualize, design and digitize images, graphics, videos, illustrations and text as assigned to deliver high-impact representation of brand messages and content
6. Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and oversee the production process when needed

What we look for

1. A tertiary degree in multimedia or graphic design, communications or related field
2. A minimum of 5+ years experience working in an agency, as a freelancer or in-house designer (preferred) in multinational context; ideally in construction/ plumbing industry having a basic understanding of our product range.
3. Comfortable in a lead role on brand projects as well as liaising with stakeholders across different countries in the Asia Pacific region
4. A proactive and creative problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and time management skills
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, effective feedback as well as get buy-in from stakeholders
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment but also independently without detailed supervision
7. Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
8. Strong experience in video editing, including the use of Adobe Premiere Pro
9. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with proven ability to design professional, high-impact sales presentations and presentation templates
10. Adobe Express for creating digital and social media content, including short-form videos for corporate and marketing channels
11. Working knowledge of Canva to support efficient production of on-brand marketing materials
12. Photography and image editing skills needed
13. Familiarity with corporate brand guidelines and marketing workflows
