THE ROLE
We are seeking a commercially astute Senior Business Partner to join us on a 6-month contract. This role will report to a Head of HR. This is a high-impact role supporting senior operational leaders across frontline and support functions. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving strategic people initiatives that enable operational performance and transformation.
This role requires strong operational business partnering experience in fast-paced environments.
THE CRITERIA
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a Senior HR/People Business Partner within operational or frontline environments, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence and challenge at senior leadership level. You will confidently managing complex employee relations matters and leading change programs. A data-driven, solutions-focused mindset is essential, with the ability to translate insights into practical, commercially sound outcomes.
