Centre: Goodstart Stafford Heights
Employment Type: Full-Time 38 hours per week
Pay: $39.85 - $41.05 (based on experience) + Superannuation + Benefits

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

* Located in a quiet, family‑friendly area, close to great schools and public transport
* Rotating roster with some early opens and late closes, operating 6:15am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

You’ll need:
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
