With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for design-led construction, they are seeking a highly capable Senior Contracts Administrator to support our project delivery team.

The Role as a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end contract management process. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of projects — on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage head contracts and subcontracts
  • Administer variations, progress claims and procurement schedules
  • Analyse cost reports and manage budgets and forecasts
  • Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct tender evaluations and scope reviews
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual and statutory obligations
  • Support project delivery through contract lifecycle from pre-construction to completion

About You 

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in high-end residential in Australia.
  •  Strong understanding of construction contracts 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore & Buildlogic)
  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
