Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards
- Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts
- Preparation of instalment and business activity statements
- Preparation of fringe benefits tax returns; and
- Tax planning and advisory work for clients
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years business services & tax experience in a reputable Australian firm
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
- Working knowledge and application of Australian taxation legislation and payroll tax legislation; and
- Working knowledge of MYOB and Xero.
