The Opportunity
This is a senior-level role ideal for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Broker seeking more ownership and leadership responsibilities. You’ll work closely with a respected Partner and support a high-performing internal team, managing a high-value portfolio of commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SME to mid-market clients, including placements and renewals
- Act as 2IC to the Partner, contributing to portfolio strategy and client management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers across multiple industries
- Support and mentor junior brokers and team members
- Deliver exceptional service outcomes and retention results
- Assist with identifying and converting new business opportunities within the portfolio

About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking
- Proven experience managing SME or corporate portfolios
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge of policy wordings and insurer markets
- Skilled in relationship management and client engagement
- Comfortable working in a team environment with strong stakeholder communication
