• A sales gun with a proven track record of kicking retail KPI goals.
• From a retail background, bringing the energy and hustle.
• A natural people-person, committed to customer-first, campsite-ready service.
• A team player who thrives in a camp-smart, work-smart culture.
• Keen to learn our massive product range and get behind the tools (POS & otherwise!).

The Role
As a Casual Sales Rep, you’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing crew bringing the adventure-driven culture to life in-store. From showroom to swag, you’ll help us gear up customers and build loyal communities of adventurers.
Your mission:

• Hit sales goals and support your team in smashing daily and weekly targets.
• Keep the store looking mint – clean, stocked, and ready for action.
