You’ll sit at the intersection of product-led growth and enterprise sales, learning how world-class SaaS GTM teams operate.

The Role | SDR/BDR (APAC)

As an SDR, you’ll be a critical driver of new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities for the sales team.

You’ll learn how to:

  1. Engage senior stakeholders at global organisations
  2. Map complex accounts and buying groups
  3. Convert usage into revenue
  4. Run structured outbound and inbound campaigns
  5. Build the foundations of a long-term SaaS sales career

This is a hands-on, high-learning role with clear progression into Account Executive or broader GTM paths.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Prospect via phone, email, social, and inbound channels
  2. Work closely with Account Executives to map enterprise accounts
  3. Qualify business problems and articulate a strong value proposition
  4. Convert prospects into sales-ready opportunities
  5. Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate reporting
  6. Sell into organisations across multiple industries throughout APAC
  7. Continuously improve your approach using data, feedback, and coaching

  7. Full working rights (citizen / PR / unrestricted visa)

Bonus (Not Required)

  1. ~6 months experience in any Sales role ideally B2B
  2. Been successful in a competitive environment or hobby.
  3. Exposure to SaaS, tech, or support environments
  4. A bachelor’s or master’s degree (any discipline)
