As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help pet parents make the best choices for their furry, feathered, or scaly friends, offering expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products. We will soon be opening a new store in Balgowlah It's going to be big, beautiful and busy and we're looking for pet passionate, extremely friendly Sales Assistants to work on a casual or part time basis.
Your Role:
- Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
- Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service
- Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
- Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
- Work as part of a supportive, team-focused environment

About You:
