About the Role
A Class Powder Coating is seeking a talented and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand image, expanding our customer base, and maximising revenue growth. This role will provide an opportunity to add real value to our organisation. You will be exposed to advisory reviews and project health checks, and build relationships with key business stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Identify and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product and service offerings.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Oversee branding efforts to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build A Class’s presence in the market.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and brand positioning
- Ability to analyse market data and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and leadership capabilities
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or trade-related industries is highly regarded
Salary
$90,000 – $100,000 per year plus superannuation
