About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our commercial growth initiatives. This role is responsible for strengthening brand positioning, driving customer acquisition, expanding global partnerships, and delivering strategic marketing initiatives aligned with our international business objectives. You will play a key leadership role in shaping revenue growth and enhancing our market presence both in Australia and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets.
2.Lead and mentor the sales team to grow corporate client portfolios and strengthen global partner networks.
3.Identify and secure new business opportunities across diverse industries and international markets, directing strategic initiatives to expand market presence.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term business success.
5.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and brand strategy.
6.Oversee the planning and execution of digital, brand, and international marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
7.Manage online presence including website, social media, and digital content in alignment with brand standards.
8.Monitor sales performance and marketing ROI and manage internal resources and external agencies to optimise outcomes.
9.Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team to achieve performance targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
1.Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales and marketing management role.
2.Proven leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional sales and marketing teams.
3.Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention.
4.Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
5.Ability to articulate value propositions, pricing structures, compliance standards, and service outcomes effectively.
6.Experience in data-driven marketing analysis and performance optimisation.
7.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
