Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role focuses on developing strategies to drive sales, executing marketing campaigns, and expanding our distribution network within the Australian building materials market. You will be instrumental in revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and enhancing our digital performance.
This full-time, senior role is based at our headquarters in Clayton, Victoria, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys turning strategy into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with key clients in the Australian building materials market.
2.Lead and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional platforms (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing), to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
3.Expand and manage distribution networks and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient delivery of products to builders, developers, and contractors, while maintaining product quality, cost competitiveness, and timely delivery.
4.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
5.Monitor and analyse sales and marketing performance to optimise campaigns, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
6.Manage sales team performance, providing training and support to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
7.Build and nurture long-term client relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
2.Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email campaigns).
3.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
4.Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and market trends.
5.Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
