Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the company’s sales and marketing operations. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
·Direct and oversee sales strategies, including setting achievable sales targets across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors to drive revenue growth and customer retention
·Lead and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the company’s solar installation, battery storage, and energy-efficient electrical solutions, enhancing brand awareness and market presence
·Establish and expand distribution channels, referral networks, and strategic partnerships to support effective service delivery and ensure effective service reach across key markets
·Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions
·Develop and maintain sales and marketing policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and compliant operations
·Monitor and evaluate performance through regular data analysis, reporting against key performance indicators
·Develop pricing strategies, including price structures and discount arrangements, to maintain competitiveness and profitability
·Lead and support the sales team in achieving targets, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts
·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, contractors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market position
·Assess the commercial and marketing potential of new and existing service areas, customer segments, and project opportunities to support ongoing business expansion
Requirements
·Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing-related role
·Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
·Proven ability to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives that support business growth
·Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and commercial practices
·Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide and support a team
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills across clients and industry partners
·Creative and innovative thinking, focused on achieving outstanding marketing results
