What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone
- Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Assisting with online orders and coordinating timely deliveries
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with the right attitude and drive - experience is a bonus, but not essential:
- Some retail experience preferred
- A positive, friendly, and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability Monday to Saturday
- Physically capable of occasional heavy lifting
