We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to take full responsibility for restaurant performance, team leadership, and business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
·Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a hospitality environment.
·Qualification in Hospitality Management (Certificate IV, Diploma, or preferred higher).
·Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, and staff supervision.
·Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
·Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and achievement of business objectives.
·Recruit, train, roster, supervise, and manage staff performance in line with operational needs, Fair Work legislation, and company policies.
·Maintain high customer service standards, professionally handle customer feedback, and coordinate with kitchen management to ensure food quality and timely service.
·Manage budgets, analyze sales performance, control labor and food costs, and minimize wastage.
·Oversee inventory management, stock control, ordering of supplies, and supplier coordination.
·Ensure compliance with food safety standards, workplace health and safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and licensing conditions.
·Identify opportunities for business improvement, support promotional activities, and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
