As the business continues to expand and uphold its reputation for quality food and service, Kickin' Inn Perth CBD is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team to continued success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery across front-of-house and kitchen functions
- Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive, high-performance, and customer-focused team culture
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, service, and presentation in line with Kickin’ Inn brand standards
- Manage staff rostering, attendance, and performance to ensure adequate coverage during peak service periods
- Monitor and control operational costs, including labour, food, and inventory, to support profitability and efficiency
- Liaise with suppliers, manage procurement, and oversee inventory control to minimise waste and maintain stock levels
- Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, hygiene, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate operational records, including sales reports, staff records, and compliance documentation
- Support the implementation of promotional activities, special events, and service initiatives in line with business objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant operations, including staff rostering, cost control, and inventory management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency
