Hays are currently working with a well known Hobart Real Estate Agency who have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Manager to join their team in the Hobart CBD on a full time permanent basis to manage an existing portfolio.

As the Residential Property Manager, reporting to the Managing Partner, your main responsibilities will be;
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, youll possess the following attributes:Experience in Real Estate, preferably in property management.Strong knowledge of legislation and compliance requirementsA proactive approach to property managementA willing and positive attitude.Strong focus on customer service.Ability to collaborate effectively within a busy team.Proven verbal and written communication skills.Cirrus 8 softwareKnowledge of the Gmail suite of productsA valid Tasmanian property manager's licenceCurrent drivers licenceWhat you'll get in return
