What You'll Be Doing:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory.
• Conducting sales calls (both telephone and face-to-face) to build strong client relationships.
• Attending scheduled appointments and networking events to expand your reach.
• Participating in a structured business development training program that prepares you for franchise ownership.
• Collaborating with other Express offices to leverage shared knowledge and best practices.

Who We're Looking For:

• Significant experience in "boots on dirt" recruitment sales.
• A strong understanding of the recruitment industry.

• Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills.
