About the Role:

We’re expanding our Recovery team and looking for someone who loves problem-solving and clear communication. In this role, you’ll support customers who are behind on repayments, investigate their situation and work with internal stakeholders to help find solutions.

Unlike collections, this role is less phone-heavy and focuses more on investigation, documentation, and written communication. If you’re a clear writer, detail-oriented, and enjoy getting context to support decision-making – this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review overdue loan accounts and gather key background information
  • Draft payment plans, reminder notices, and follow-up emails
  • Investigate missed repayments and work with brokers/internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and escalate complex cases
  • Provide exceptional service while supporting customer accountability

Who We're Looking For:

  • You're a strong communicator, especially in writing
  • You're naturally curious and love getting to the bottom of things
  • You're confident using systems and learning new tools
  • You can stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
  • You don’t need finance experience – just the right mindset

No prior financial services or recoveries experience is required. We welcome candidates from all walks of life, including hospitality, retail, customer service and admin backgrounds.
