NT Pubco Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced CHEFS/Cooks to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the business
The Full Moon Hotel is a well-established hospitality venue on Bramble Bay, offering modern Australian dining, bars, functions, and entertainment.
Duties include:
- planning and preparing menu items
- preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard
- maintaining food quality and consistency
- monitoring stock and minimising wastage
- ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- assisting with kitchen operations during busy service periods
- working split shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
Requirements:
- AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent
- at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience as a Chef
- strong food knowledge and attention to detail
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- reliable, punctual and professional presentation
- flexible availability, including weekends and split shifts
