About the opportunity
We are currently seeking Qualified carers / Personal care workers to join our Care team at our Moran Sylvania home.
Reporting to the Registered Nurse in Charge you will be providing quality care and assist the residents living in our residential home. Moran provides 24-hour RN nursing coverage, so clinical support and leadership is always available to carers.
You will be guided and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us. You will work with a great team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day. Moran offers a rewarding work environment consisting of modern facilities and equipment and supports individuals to further develop their skills.
If you are motivated and resourceful Registered Nurse with passion to improve our residents’ daily life, this role is for you!
Key Duties:
Providing high quality essential care, personal assistance and wellbeing support to our residents in accordance with the individual resident’s care plan. Be part of the night shift care team, coordinating efforts to ensure residents needs are being taken care of, and preparations for the following day’s shift are complete.
