Your normal day will have you:

  • Maintaining a warm and compassionate demeanor to create a supportive environment for patients
  • Handling administrative tasks such as organizing patient files, managing electronic health records, and coordinating communication.
  • Staying informed about Medicare regulations and insurance requirements related to mental health services.
  • Assisting patients with understanding insurance coverage, processing claims, and addressing billing inquiries.
  • Generating and processing invoices for patient visits and services, monitoring accounts receivable, and managing billing discrepancies.
  • Coordinating therapist schedules, appointments, and appointment reminders.
  • Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and coordinated care.
  • Performing reception duties when needed, including greeting patients, answering calls, and scheduling appointments
  • Supporting therapists by managing administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on clinical responsibilities.
  • Ensuring clinic compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Addressing operational issues as they arise and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for auditing purposes.

  • Exceptional autonomy and decision-making skills, allowing for confident problem-solving and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Adept at fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere in alignment with the clinic's culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, staff, and external partners effectively.
