Job Description

  • Manage leasing arrangements, including negotiations and renewals with tenants.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned properties, ensuring compliance and upkeep.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review leasing documents and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on property performance, including financial tracking and budgeting.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with third-party contractors as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in property regulations that may impact operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property & Leasing Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in property and leasing management within the property industry with a preference towards commercial sites.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing contracts and property compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle tenant relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A relevant qualification in property management, real estate, or a related field.
  • Must be an Australian citizen.
