Project Manager/Tool Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Tool Lead to manage end‑to‑end project execution following handover from Sales. This role is responsible for delivering customer projects on time, within budget, and to specification, while leading cross‑functional teams and overseeing ILI tool selection, preparation, and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage full project lifecycle and deliver agreed outcomes to customers
2. Lead project teams, work packages, and change requests
3. Select appropriate ILI tools based on pipeline and mechanical requirements
4. Work closely with Engineering and Design on tool configurations and efficiencies
5. Oversee tool preparation, testing, maintenance, and re‑release to market
6. Manage budgets, resources, suppliers, and contractors
7. Support workshop teams with mechanical and electronic requirements
8. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

About You

1. Proven project management experience in a technical or engineering environment
2. Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with ILI tools or pipeline inspections highly desirable
3. Ability to read and work with mechanical drawings and specifications
4. Confident leader with strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills
5. Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and resources

Qualifications

1. Engineering qualification or equivalent experience preferred
