The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead fit-out projects from inception to completion. You’ll manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fit-out projects valued between $1m–$5m
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
- Manage client communications and stakeholder expectations
- Drive WHS compliance and site safety culture
- Lead contract administration and reporting
About You:
- Minimum 2+ years’ PM experience in commercial fit-outs
- Proven track record managing projects in the $1m–$5m range
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and project lifecycle
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and solve problems proactively
