Project Architect - Industrial & Logistics Projects
📍 Location: Crows Nest, Sydney
💼 Employment Type: Full Time
💰 Salary: $120,000 + Superannuation
This is an opportunity to join a long established national architecture practice recognised for delivering large scale industrial, logistics and retail developments across Australia. With decades of experience and strong repeat client relationships, the studio is known for guiding complex projects from early planning through to construction, particularly within the fast moving industrial and warehousing sector.
Based in the Crows Nest office, you will join a sizeable, experienced team working on technically demanding projects such as distribution centres, high bay warehouses, industrial estates and commercial facilities. It is an environment suited to architects who enjoy delivery, coordination and seeing projects built at scale, with clear processes and strong internal support.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Delivering projects through design development and documentation phases
• Producing and coordinating detailed Revit documentation
• Managing consultants and project information flow
• Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with planning, regulatory and technical requirements
• Supporting project delivery through construction stages
• Maintaining quality, deadlines and project outcomes
What You’ll Need
🎓 Qualifications: Degree in Architecture
🖥️ Technical Skills: Strong Revit documentation capability
⚙️ Experience: Proven experience delivering projects at Project Architect level
🏗️ Sector Exposure: Industrial, logistics or large scale commercial projects preferred
💬 Communication: Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
📋 Delivery Focus: Ability to manage timelines, documentation and consultants
📈 Mindset: Practical, reliable and committed to seeing projects through to completion
