About the role

Reporting to the National Product and Marketing Manager – Bedding & Manchester, and based onsite at the Corporate Office in Homebush West, you will play a key role in managing the end‑to‑end production lifecycle.

You will;

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with offshore suppliers and factories.
  • Manage product creation, sampling, and production timelines across multiple offshore suppliers and product categories.
  • Liaise with offshore suppliers to meet critical deadlines and production requirements.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch and handover.
  • Oversee quality control and provide detailed reporting on samples and production.
  • Source new fabrics, trims and factories to support product development.

About you

You will have experience in a similar role supporting production lifecycles, along with strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

You will also have;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of fabrics and quality control processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Experience liaising effectively with offshore suppliers.
