About the Role
This role is a six month fixed term contract, focused on delivering and executing initiatives to uplift Retirement Product for members that delivers improved member outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with value streams and internal stakeholders to implement Retirement Product initiatives
- Define a structured and organised product backlog for specific initiatives and sprint plan.
- Regularly interact with all value stream Product Owners to assess strategic objectives, product and proposition requirements and product development/support resource requirements.
- Use a disciplined, qualitative, and quantitative framework to measure the return on investment of product initiatives
Key Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of the superannuation and wealth management industries, in particular superannuation and retirement products, legislation, and administration.
- Experience in the research, development and implementation of retirement products and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience in program delivery and execution
- Tolerant of high degrees of ambiguity and good at resolving uncertainty and setting direction.
