About the role  

Reporting to the National Product and Marketing Manager and based on site at the Homebush West Corporate Office, you will provide administrative support to the Product & Marketing team in the preparation and execution of marketing material across (catalogues, online, editorial proofing), promotional offers, reporting, Franchisee steering committee meetings and Franchisee category conferences.

You will connect with Franchisees, suppliers, and key personnel across the business, and have excellent relationship building skills to be able to maintain strong working relationships across the functions.

You will;

  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, samples, and compliance reports.
  • Maintain the product database and administer the QA processes.
  • Assist in preparation of product assortment plans / seasonal ranges and forecasting upcoming trends.
  • Assist with organising Steering Committee meetings and category conference.
  • Communicate recommendations to stores weekly/monthly with news on popularity of products, promotions, specials, and any recommended amendments to product data bases.
  • Manager the maintenance of the intranet and liaise with the Online franchisee in regard to website product ranges.
  • Administer and coordinate photography products, stakeholders, and schedules.
  • Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations on comparable products for advertising and website content.

About you  

You will have a few years’ experience in an administrative or coordinator role, with a high level of organisational skills. You will thrive on learning new concepts and effectively support the team across multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will also have: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of customer service and business relationships building skills.
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • A valid drivers license.
