About the role:

Have you got the spark to keep our plant running at peak performance? We're on the hunt for a full-time Plant Electrician to join our Maintenance team at the Processing Plant. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and Senior Plant Electrician, you’ll be the electrical ace ensuring our equipment runs like clockwork. From resolving faults to lighting up new projects, your skills will keep the production lines humming.

Domestic/Commercial electricians—Ready to upskill?

If you’re a licensed domestic or commercial electrician looking to expand your expertise, this is your chance to enter the industrial sector. We value hands-on experience and a willingness to learn, so even if you haven’t worked in a production facility before, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone who can:

·Working from layouts, blueprints, and plans to implement electrical installation, repair, modification, testing and inspecting strategies and methods.

·Ensuring effective and efficient operations of centralised systems of switchboards, terminals and power supply systems

·Keep our electrical machinery and equipment in top condition.

·Plan and execute electrical maintenance strategies to avoid production downtime.

·Continuously review production lines for optimal equipment performance.

·Work with production staff to spot and fix areas that need attention.

·Apply electrical reliability techniques for predictive analysis and equipment improvements.

·Participate in new capital projects and modify existing equipment as needed.

·Manage stock levels for all relevant consumables and spares.

·Use CMMS to track equipment status and complete work orders.

·Strictly adhere to all Luv-a-Duck standards, policies, and safety protocols.

What we're looking for:

·Electrician's (A Grade) Licence or demonstrated eligibility to obtain a licence in Victoria

·Relevant Electrician trade qualification and/or at least five years of experience in an industrial or production facility maintenance role—or significant experience as a domestic/commercial electrician with a strong desire to upskill

·Understanding of PLC and SCADA integration with various types of plant

·Experience in food manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus.
