We are looking for a Physiotherapy Practice Manager to join our team in INCREDIBLE PHYSIOTHERAPY PTY LTD.

As Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of this healthcare practice, supporting the clinical team and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the administrative functions of the practice, including appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and patient communications

2. Oversee the financial aspects of the practice, such as invoicing, billing.

3. Liaise with healthcare providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the practice, implement and maintain effective office systems and procedures.

4. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

5. Support the clinical team with various administrative tasks as needed.

6. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the practice.

7. Manage practitioner leave and sick cover arrangements.

9.Collate, analyze, and report management on practitioner performance data (e.g., attendance, cancellations).

10.Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with current industry standards.

Financial Management

1 Oversee billing processes and liaise with health funds or Medicare as required.

2 Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Systems & Compliance

1 Maintain accurate records and ensure data security.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of medical practice management experience or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting is required

2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders

4. Proficient in using medical practice management software and other office technologies

5 Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
