We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home and Community Care Workers in Bondi, NSW. As a casual position with an hourly rate pay type, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work according to your schedule. • Provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household chores
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Keep accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Full Australian Drivers License
• Police check
• Working with children check
• Previous experience in home and community care is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion and empathy towards others
