The Fadlallah Family Trust t/a Roger Roger Deli, Melbourne, is looking for a full-time Pastry Cook to join our dynamic team.
Duties will include:
·Creating enticing and delicious sweet and savoury pastry items;
·Applying pastry baking techniques when preparing our range of sweet and savoury pastry items;
·Demonstration of sweet and savoury pastry making techniques to other staff if required;
·Adhering to food safety and occupational health regulations;
·Monitoring equipment and ensuring all specialized pastry baking tools are in working order;
·Maintaining the good running order of specialized pastry baking equipment;
Preparing work schedules and keeping pastry section records
Certificate III or Certificate IV in a relevant field, plus 1 years of full-time post qualification experience; or at least three years of experience as a Pastrycook.
