We’re looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join the team at our bakery in Darlinghurst, where we make a constantly-changing, hand-crafted range of viennoiserie.
You must have a minimum two years’ experience in high-end pastry production. You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent production and exceptional quality of all pastry products, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will monitor inventory and order supplies as needed, managing costs and minimising waste.
You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational capability and good communication and interpersonal skills.
A Certificate III or IV in Patisserie is required. Applicants must have full Australian work rights, and be available to work on weekends (4am start).
